Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

Location: Exeter

£30K per annum / £15 per hour plus van and fuel card. Permanent opportunity.

The Company:

Build Recruitment are currently working with a local Property Maintenance contractor, who are looking for a skilled carpenter multi trade operative to join their Exeter office.

The role can be offered on a permanent basis and comes with a company vehicle plus fuel card, plus other benefits.

The role is based around the local area providing planned maintenance and works such as kitchen fitting and fire doors to housing association properties.

Day to Day:

• Planned maintenance of housing association properties
• Kitchen fitting, fire door works, some minor works and repairs

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Full driving licence
• Job offers will be subject to a clear DBS check
• Previous experience in carpentry and to be multi skilled .
