We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a housing association who are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative based in Manchester.

The Role:

My client are looking for a Multi skilled joiner with at least a NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery, who is able to carry out small plumbing tasks such as refitting a kitchen sink on completion of worktop renewal.

The role will be to undertake day to day joinery repairs to tenanted properties, new internal doors bath panels, replacing rotten/damaged floorboards, worktops, kitchen units and doors.

The company offer fantastic benefits including, company vehicle, fuel card, power tools provided, 31 days a year holiday plus the bank holidays, there is a on call rota where the joiner would be on 1 week in every 10 with an additional payment of £650 to cover the out of hours.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Experience in residential properties
• Good social skills
• Good customer service
• NVQ Level 2 or Time Served
