Job Title: Mason Multi Trader - MOD

Location: Exeter, Ilchester and Yeovil

£34,000 plus van, fuel card, tools, uniform and a great benefits package

The Company:

Build Recruitment are currently working with a MOD Property Maintenance contract, who are looking for a Mason Multi Trade with expertise in plastering and block work to cover Exeter, Ilchester and Yeovil.

This role is an excellent opportunity to join a MOD contractor on a permanent basis on a large repairs and maintenance contract across MOD domestic properties in the area. This would suit an experienced Plasterer Multi Trades or Mason Multi Trade.

Day to Day:

• Planned maintenance and repairs of MOD domestic properties throughout Exeter, Devon and Somerset.
• Delivering great customer service to residents
• Part of an on-call rota

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Full driving licence
• Job offers will be subject to MOD clearance
• NVQ L2 qualified in plastering or block work
