Job Title: Mason Multi Trade

Location: North Devon, Barnstaple, Bideford

Immediate start available- ongoing work. Up to £17.50 per hour (CIS)

The Company:

Build Recruitment are currently working with a Property Maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Mason Multi Trade based in North Devon.

This is a permanent opportunity offered on a temp to perm contract. During the first 12 weeks an hourly rate of up to £17.50 (umbrella CIS) is on offer, moving to up to £15 per hour when taken on in a permanent position.

A company vehicle and fuel card can be provided.

This position would suit an experienced Mason with experience in plastering, skimming, rendering, groundworks, stone and block work and repairs.

Day to Day:

Brick work, block work, plastering, rendering, and groundworks.
Working on a variety of occupied domestic properties, social housing and public sector buildings.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Full driving license and tools.
Experience in a similar role.
Job offers will be subject to a successful DBS check
