Our client is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the servicing and maintenance of properties in accordance with policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices. Develop, manage, and monitor planned preventative maintenance (PPM) routines and contribute to departmental activities and guidance. You will provide proactive leadership to the maintenance team, managing and assisting technicians in their duties, ensuring daily performance standards are maintained.
