Would like to speak with experienced Social Housing M&E Managers regarding an opportunity working for one of London's leading HA provider.
Your required to be the lead Senior Manager responsible for building services, mechanical, electrical, and facilities management, including the procurement and maintenance of plant and equipment such as communal boilers, lifts, pumps or communal TV systems and the delivery of services and projects such as periodic electrical testing, the gas safety programme and asbestos management, working effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
The Property Services Manager is responsible for the operational leadership and control of technical and administrative staff making up the Property Services team to ensure the delivery of mechanical, electrical, other building risk and compliance related programmes services and projects.
Within this context, the role holder is responsible for the management of risk, H&S compliance and the control and governance of the team.
Responsible for the delivery of the all mechanical, electrical, compliance and related contracts, programmes, projects and services to residents, funded from both capital, revenue and potentially grant and similar resources.
To ensure delivery of property services projects, services and programmes to time quality and budget ensuring that the overall quality delivered meets resident expectations.
To ensure effective relationships with the London Fire Brigade, Health and Safety Executive and Local Authorities in relation to risk including the development of pro-active relationships.
