We are looking for an experienced Letting Administrator to work with a client based in West Cornwall. The role is to fill a maternity leave gap and will take you through until October 2019. Applicants will need to have worked in a lettings environment previously, ideally for a social landlord or local authority.
In this role you will be responsible for advertising and writing descriptions of available properties, carrying out face to face interviews for prospective tenants and arranging the relevant paperwork.
You will need to be computer literate and have excellent customer service experience and be organised at collating paperwork.
This is a full-time role with interviews ASAP. Applicants ideally need to be immediately available to start within a week.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm.
