Lead Customer Solutions Advisor
Sector: Housing maintenance/Social Housing
Purpose of this position:
Working within Business Support, you will lead a team of Call Handlers, and promote good quality of business, while working with customers.
You will supervise a call centre and manage the sysems used, which are Ctalk and CRM.
Managing a weekly rota for your staff, covering all shifts
Taking on the escalation of required calls
Monitor monthly call audits and KPI scoring
Attending internal and client meetings
Managing service improvements with the call centre
Attend board meetings
Manage new hires and interviews
Manage annual leave/sickness
Manage reviews for employee's
