Job Title: Kitchen and Bathroom team

Location: Cornwall

Up to £19 per hour (CIS) Starting January 2023.

The Company:

Build Recruitment are currently working with a Property Maintenance contractor, who are looking for an experienced Multi Trade team of 2 based in Cornwall to work on a bathroom and kitchen refit project.

Ideal candidates will have their own tools and previous experience as a carpenter, plumber or multi trade in a similar role.

As a team of 2, you'll be responsible for the entirety of the project from rip out to install and finishing.

Day to Day:

• Planned kitchen and bathroom installations of MOD properties throughout Cornwall and Plymouth
• Delivering great customer service to residents
• Carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, patch plastering.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Full driving licence and own tools.
• Previous experience in a similar role
