Working on council refurbishment projects across Dorset. Great opportunity for someone to progress their career in Quantity Surveying.
Day to Day:
- Contract Administration
- Reinstatement valuations
- Cost planning
- Undertaking feasibility studies
- Performing risk and value management assessments
- Procurement
- Change management and valuation
- Final account negotiation
- Report writing

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- Degree educated (not necessarily in quantity surveying)
- Open to candidates from ‘in training’ to Graduate to Assistant level
- A full clean driving licence
- Good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook
- A reasonable understanding of construction methodologies and techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
