A successful and growing property developer are seeking a Junior Facilities Manager to work at their flagship site in North London. You will be working at a state-of-the-art urban village for a family run property developer, playing a key role in client interaction, customer satisfaction and contractor liaison. This is a great opportunity for someone with little direct experience to make a name for themselves and carve out a career in Property/Facilities Management. You’ll be working in a vibrant, multi-tenanted environment, essentially a self-sustaining village in the bustling heart of London.
You will be working for a developer who have been steadily going for several decades; they place lots of importance in investing in the communities they are a part of and lead the way in sustainability and environmental responsibility. Though they are a family run private company, they are big enough to offer fantastic career opportunities at multiple levels.
You will preferably have:
- Experience managing service charge budgets.
- A confident attitude, capable of talking with stakeholders and clients at all levels.
- Two years’ experience in a similar environment, client-side on a multi-tenanted site.
- A customer facing demeanour and strong communication skills.

It comes with a salary between £25,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience, as well as numerous other benefits as part of the package.
