Social Housing - Planned Maintenance Projects
Competitive day rate - Up to £350/day
Our client, a leading housing provider based in Buckinghamshire, are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of their Planned Works programme across some flagship estates for the organisation.The role is expected to last a minimum of a 12 months with a view to extension.
The work will focus around the delivery of energy improvement schemes for the organisation. The estates are due to undergo External Wall Installation (EWI) and Warm Roof works within the next few months via an external contractor.
You will be responsible for the project planning and programming of the works, managment of the contractor, client liaison, ensuring KPI's and deadlines are met by the contractor and the overall delivery of the programme.
Experience needed for this role includes;
- Previous experience of working on EWI projects
- Commercial knowledge & experience
- A proven track record of delivering planned maintenance projects
- A clean driving licence
