Build Recruitment are working with an NHS Trust in the Midlands to source an Information Systems Manager - Salary: £30,850 - £34,350

Working within the Estates Directorate and reporting to the Programme Manager, the Information Systems Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive departmental strategic development and support for all information systems used within the Directorate.

This is an essential role to ensure the smooth running of the Directorate data and information systems. The post holder will ensure the information infrastructure and systems are maintained in an efficient operational state.

The Information Systems Manager will also be responsible for developing a Building Information Management (BIM) strategy road map in line with Government mandate for all centrally procured public sector construction projects.

Working collaboratively with the Projects Team, the Information Systems Manager is also responsible for project (RIBA stage 1-2) feasibilities and to provide support and draughting service across all stages to the capital and wider Hard FM and Safety Management Team. The post holder will be responsible for data accuracy including drawing and information compliance, undertaking regular audits and monitoring to provide necessary assurance through statutory working groups and the senior management team

It is essential that applicants hold a CAD/BIM certificate/qualification as well as having working knowledge of CAD/BIM/IOT

Experience of Facilities Management within the NHS is desirable, but not essential.
