We are looking for an ambitious and customer focussed candidate to join a corporate organisation within the IT sector.  As part of the events team you will be responsible for providing first class hospitality service in line with client requirements.

Duties:

You will be supporting room set-up and organising and delivering refreshments and catering to the London headquarters.

Responsibilities included in this role:

•Act as a first point of contact to clients regarding hospitality, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times 
•Assist with the setting up of conference and meeting rooms 
•Responsible for setting up and maintaining designated customer areas, ensuring that they are kept clean and tidy at all times, in line with relevant health and safety procedures; 
•Responsible for the provision of catering and refreshments to events, including alcohol; 
•Responsible for monitoring stock control for the venue, ensuring effective stock rotation and minimising waste; 
•Assist in the co-ordination of temporary hospitality staff for large events; 
•Provide cover for Events Co-ordinator as required; 
•Actively promote the facilities and services of the Hospitality & Catering; 
•Ensure all equipment is operational during and after service, logging any faults in a timely manner and, escalating where necessary;
•Developing efficient working relationships within the FM team and the wider organisation; 
•Support in the implementation of continuous improvements; 
•Provide daily task progress feedback to the London Facilities Manager;
•Flexibility is required of all job holders to adjust responsibilities as required from time to time by their Line Manager;
