Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an engaging housing professional who has played a similar role within a large Housing Association or Local Authority to join our client as a Home Ownership Team Leader.

Supporting the operational delivery and performance of a team and helping to improve customer satisfaction are just two of the challenges that await you here. They will also count on you to implement strategies/operational plans to make sure we remain a proactive and customer-orientated landlord. Working with other Team Leaders across the wider organisation to build a 'one team' culture and ensure end-to-end customer processes work seamlessly will be important too. And, when it comes to ensuring compliance, setting objectives, providing guidance and advice on development proposals or delivering team training, again, it's you we'll rely on to come up trumps.

An energetic and inspiring team leader, you have a track record of managing a home ownership team that's provided customer-focussed solutions and improved customer satisfaction for a diverse range of people. You also know how to get the best out of your team through coaching and performance management. Financially aware and collaborative in approach, you have excellent attention to detail too. What's more, you're comfortable managing and implementing change and have the communication skills it takes to effectively inform and influence others. And, when it comes to delivering service improvements/customer engagement initiatives that support the successful delivery of a customer experience strategy, again, you excel. The role is subject to a basic check.
