My client is recruiting a temp to perm exceptional Helpdesk Supervisor you will be working for a global facilities organisation. You will be responsible for leading a technical support team providing excellent customer service whilst resolving all technical issues. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate a team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position.
The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills, CAFM Help desk experience (at least 3-5 years) & experience of Supervision & leading a team to meet deadlines
• Leading a team of 4 managing, supervising & working hands on dealing with a back log project for a new client.
• Fast paced, pressurised & fun environment with opportunities to progress
• IT literate, articulate & flexible
• Ensure all associated KPI's and SLA's are implemented, met, monitored and reviewed.
