Facilities Management Helpdesk Administrator needed URGENT!

Build Recruitment are currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our clients site based in Kings Cross. The company is well known within the Facilities Maintenance sector. You will be working closely with the Helpdesk Manager to complete all helpdesk tasks and general administration. You will be required to scheduling in engineers, dealing with call out, answering any calls and emails and closing down PPMS and reactive works.

The ideal Helpdesk Administrator will be available immediate and have experience on Concept Evolution.

Location: Kings Cross
Working hours: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

Duration: Temp- perm

Pay: £14.00per hour

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering switchboard calls and transferring to the correct department
  • Raising quotes and purchase orders
  • Coordinating call outs to engineers
  • Issue Helpdesk CAFM reports
  • Updating E-log books
  • Logging PPM's, PO’s and assigning engineers via Concept Evolution
  • Closing PPM's and reactive call out.
  • Any administration duties required by the Helpdesk manager


  • Strong Concept Evolution experience (MUST)
  • Working as Helpdesk for an FM service provider
