We are Looking for a Facilities Helpdesk Operative/Facilities Administrator for an Immediate start. Someone with relevant experience with Facilities management, Customer and Contract management experience

Maximo and CAFM system also desirable

Job Description Include:

  • Management of mailboxes, ensuring all queries are logged and resolved in a timely manner
  • Handling and resolving complaints or enquiries from Suppliers and Customers
  • Being proactive, flexible and willing to apply and suggest improvements to services
  • Being the initial contact for suppliers (handling request’s and updates)
  • Assist with KPI’s and Contracts


Full security clearance, or awaiting to obtain security clearance
