Our client is looking for a Help Desk Operative to come and assist with the deliverance of high quality communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
The main purpose of the role would be to assist with;
- Day to day operation of a CAFM and Financial system
Day to day liaison and updates with key customer
Day to day liaison and updates with management team
Day to day liaison and organisational assistance to the engineering team
Ensuring that SLA and KPI's are met through effective management of the CAFM system
Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships.
Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility.
Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard.
Achieve results within quality and time restraints.
Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes, and ensuring continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate would:
- At least have GCSE qualifications in Maths and English
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent computer skills, Intermediate to advance level at using - Word and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
This is a contract role, 42.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm due to run until 12/3/21
