Build Recruitment are working with a public sector organisation based in central London to source a Health & Safety Advisor. £37k - £42k (pay review in April)
Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, the Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for developing and maintaining high standards in health, safety and well-being for employees, customers, and contractors alike.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Health & Safety Advisor will also be responsible for supporting and undertaking investigations into Health and Safety incidents and assisting in the maintenance of their Health and Safety Management System and identifying changes to ensure it is fit for purpose.
The Health & Safety Advisor will also lead on RIDDOR reporting processes.
It is expected that applicants hold an appropriate Health and Safety qualification with NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum and will ideally hold a NEBOSH Diploma (desirable).
