We are currently recruiting a temp -perm Head of Soft Services for a client direct contract in West London. The Head of Soft Services will be responsible for the Strategic delivery of Soft Services for multiple buildings including the management of cleaning, security, post room and logistics.

Key Responsibilities for the Head of Soft Services;

  • Develop trust relationships with the client to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues before becoming problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationship
  • Audit and Monitor cleaning standards

Ideal candidate

  • Experience of working within a busy operational environment
  • Strong soft services experience (primarily cleaning, security, post room and logistics)
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, employees and teams at all levels
  • Ability to effectively organise and priorities workloads
  • A clear understanding of the need for confidentiality
  • Ability to work using initiative
  • An understanding of the need for confidentiality
