About the role
To be responsible for the development, configuration, and maintenance of all the company applications and services. The company applications, include but are not limited to, Microsoft CRM D365, ClickSoftware, Unipart, Microsoft LogicApps, Microsoft Portals, MCLS3 and Rant & Rave. These applications are fundamentally critical to the effective delivery of the end-to-end business process.
The Head of Applications will deliver the company product and feature roadmaps and provide overall day to day management for in-house and 3rd part teams of software development and configuration professionals.
The role is responsible for providing the technical leadership, vision, and direction for the applications and services. Meeting business needs by delivering quality solutions on-time, within budget and scope. Additionally they will provide resource planning and project scheduling using agile / scrum development methodologies.
Full UK or Automatic driving licence held for minimum 12 months
