Build Recruitment are working with a London based Housing Association to source an Interim Head of Heating and Electrical Services paying up to £500 per day Umbrella PAYE. (This role is also available on a permanent basis £62k - £72k)

Reporting to the Head of Property Services, The Head of Heating and Electrical Services proactively contributes to business planning, service improvement and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction with services in these critical customer facing workstreams and is a key member of the Property Services Senior Management Team.

Essential Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills coupled with leadership, delegation, and people management skills. Ability to work under pressure, multitask and maintain high levels of attention to detail.
Collaborative approach to leading and engaging teams to exceed targets, perform to a high standard consistently and deliver customer focused services.

About you:

Educated to degree level or equivalent. Professionally qualified in Electrical and/or heating related discipline. High level of knowledge of Heating and Electrical Service issues and the regulatory framework
