Immediate Start /Temporary to Permanrnt role

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a FM Company, who are looking for a Handy person based in Southeast London.

Our client who we work with are currently looking for a handy man to work on a shift basis and start ASAP for one of their hospital sites in Southeast London. This client of ours look over multiple public sector and commercial sites across Europe. They are continuously growing and because of this are looking for a dedicated handy person who will work on a shift basis 12 hours a day with no nights(4 on, 4 off. 0700 – 1900)

Day to Day:

  •      Ensure all general maintenance and reactive maintenance is up to date and completed
  •      Plumbing
  •      Minor electrics
  •      Fabric works
  •      Small bits of decorating

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •     Qualifications in a trade (plumbing, carpentry)  
  •     Experience with multiple trades
  •     Experience working within a public sector or commercial site
  •     Must have or be willing to carry out a DBS (background check)


  •     Days only, no nights
