Job Title: Ground worker

Location: Brixton

Hourly Rate: £20ph CIS 

Temporary to Permanent position

Day to Day duties of a Ground Worker:

• The duties are all domestic
• Fencing repair
• Fencing Replacement
• Gate Repair
• Minor brickwork
• Paving/Flagging repairs and install
• Pointing

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Ground worker:

• Social Housing Experience
• City & Guilds / NVQ – Groundworks
• Driving License
