Job Title: Domestic Gas engineer

Location: Somerset

Salary: £44K plus van and fuel card

Build Recruitment are working on an exciting recruitment campaign with a housing association to recruit a number of positions in the Somerset area.

We are looking for a talented domestic gas engineer to join their team on a permanent basis to deliver a servicing and repairs service.

You will be gas qualified and gas safe registered, with experience delivering a servicing and repairs service across domestic heating systems.

You will be included in an out of hours rota to provide emergency cover on a rota basis.

Experience working across the social housing sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be required to undertake a DBS check and must have a valid driving licence.

Day to Day:

• Providing servicing and repairs to domestic heating systems.
• Working alone or as part of a small team
• Providing a friendly and professional service

Requirements:

• Full driving licence
• You will hold a qualification in the relevant trade to NVQ (or equivalent) level 2 or higher along with holding the following ACS elements, CCN1, HTR1, CEN1, WAT1, MET1, CKR1 and CPA1
• Experience working across various domestic heating systems
• A DBS check will be required
