We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Gas Manager for a leading Social Housing provider in Greater Manchester.


The Role

The successful candidate will join the Property Services Team reporting to the Director of Property Services. They will be responsible and accountable for the companies gas compliance delivery, in association with all legislative regulations, Approved Code of Practice (ACOP), official guidance standards and best practise, including Domestic and Non-Domestic Gas, including electrically heated properties and schemes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of enhanced procedures and policies with regard to legislative requirements to ensure compliance, as well as the provision of advice and guidance on the identification, management and mitigation of risk, safe working practice and procedures.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading Housing Association in Greater Manchester, you will be working 36.25 hours per week and have the option of agile working.
