Role: Fire Risk Assessor 

Sector: Property and Construction 

Location: West Midlands - Scattered properties with various clients

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 

I am working with a successful fire risk organisation who are currently looking to develop their fire risk teams in there Midlands region, my clients have a number of projects on at the moment with leading housing associations, local authorities and private clients and are currently recruiting for several Fire Risk Assessors to join their organisations on a permanent basis.

My clients require a number of experienced fire risk assessors to deliver large scale fire risk assessment programmes and associated remedial works for all types of social housing, from simple general needs blocks, care and support, sheltered accommodation, HMO and high rise through to commercial premises throughout the Midlands, my clients would also be interested in speaking with Fire Risk Assessors who are capable of delivering Type 4 (destructive) surveys.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Registered Fire Risk Assessor - IFE or FRACS.
Minimum 2-3 years experience of undertaking fire risk assessments, with experience in residential fire risk assessments.
Previous experience of 'Fire Safety' application in the Fire Service or Building Control (or similar).
Fire safety qualification such as a NEBOSH Fire or equivalent

In return my client offers a competitive salary in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 and scope for progression throughout the business structure.
