Job Title: FRA Carpenter

Location: Exeter

£14.50 to £18 per hour, depending on qualifications. Starting January 2023.

The Company:

Build Recruitment are currently working with a Property Maintenance contractor, who are looking for an experienced Fire Door Carpenter based in Exeter.

This is a permanent position for a qualified and experienced fire door carpenter. Hourly rate will depend on your experience and fire door qualifications. Ideal candidates will hold FRA 1 or 2 certification.

This is a great permanent opportunity, and offers a competitive package including a company van, fuel card, 31 days annual leave, enhanced rates for overtime and paid travel time over 45 minutes.

Day to Day:

• Fire door installs, upgrades and maintenance throughout Devon and Cornwall
• Delivering great customer service to residents

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Full driving licence
• Experience in a similar role
• FRA qualified
