The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Fire Delivery Manager based in the South of England.

Our client a national housing association are looking for a Fire Delivery specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.  The role will require someone to be based in with Somerset or close by offices in Eastleigh.

Day to Day:

  •      Day to day management of a programme of works to ensure fire safety across housing stock
  •      Management and leadership of a team of 4 reports
  •      implementation and delivery of fire stopping compartmentation and improvement work programmes
  •      Budgets, spend and efficiency responsibility.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      Fire risk assessment certificate or equivalent
  •      Previous experience of working in the social housing sector
  •      Experience of people management and progressing a team
  •      Full driving licence
