Our Estate Services team are currently looking for a Facilities Operative to be based in Hertfordshire and provide services to our Hospital Accommodation schemes. The purpose of the role is to provide maintenance, caretaking, managing of void properties for let, and other site services to residents and colleagues to assist in maintaining Origin’s properties and estate areas in Hertfordshire in a condition to maximise operating surpluses, whilst providing a quality service to customers.

We are seeking an individual who has previous experience in both caretaking and handyman/repairs work who is able to handle a varied caseload with deadlines.
Good organisation skills are essential to manage the needs of the business while keeping customer focus as a priority.
The successful candidate would be required to hold a full UK driving licence and have use of their own vehicle.
This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
