Build Recruitment are working with an education provider in the Southeast of England to source a Facilities Manager (Operations): up to £43,000
Reporting to the Director of Estates & Facilities, the Facilities Manager (Operations) will be responsible for ensuring that the estate, including buildings and grounds are maintained to a safe and secure standard at all times. As well as managing and monitoring the Maintenance and Estate Assistants Service Desk ensuring that jobs are completed within the service level agreement.
Skills and Experience:
Applicants will have knowledge of financial regulations and procedures relating to tendering and quotation levels, and knowledge of legislation (including EU) concerning tendering limits and procedures. It is expected that applicants will also have experience of service standards and how to delivery first class customer satisfaction and set up and deliver service level agreements, coupled with the ability to line manage staff members.
Holding a Facilities Management, Surveying or other building related qualification or a commitment to achieve this is essential as is a full UK Driving License.
