The Role:

Build Recruitment are working with a public sector client in central London to source a Facilities Business Support Manager.

Day to Day:

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Facilities Business Support Manager will be responsible for managing the back-office functions and services provided by the Facilities department to the wider business.

The Facilities Business Support Manager will also be responsible for in-depth financial and contract monitoring, adherence to governance and internal/external SLAs, statutory compliance and Estates management processes.

Working closely with the senior management team, the Facilities Business Support Manager will also provide management data and information across operations, finance, compliance, HR, learning & development and Estates Management and support in managing a smooth operation across the team. To line manager and coordinate the Front of House function maintaining a 5-star service to their end users.

Requirments:

Experience of working in a similar role providing business support, ideally with CAFM management systems is essential. And it is expected that applicants hold a Membership of the IWFM with competence in relation to FM as well as holding either IOSH Managing safely or NEBOSH General Certificate.

Due to multiple stakeholder groups (internal and external) my client is looking for a well organised and thorough and articulate Facilities Manager who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
