Facilities Manager – Truro
Build recruitment are working in partnership with a National Property Management company with an office base in Truro. Our client requires a Facilities Manager to join the team on a permanent basis and start ASAP.
Applicants will need to have facilities management experience and hold a relevant qualification. This covers a commercial property portfolio so it is essential candidates have a good working knowledge of property regulations.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, along with the ability to communicate at all levels. An understanding around property compliance is essential.
The working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm and covers property managed in Cornwall. It is essential applicants have a full driving licence for this role.
