Build Recruitment are working with an education provider in the Southeast of England to source an Interim Facilities Manager (Operations) minimum 3 month assignment: £25 - £28 per hour
Reporting to the Director of Estates & Facilities, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation and embedding of new ways of working whilst also leading the FM service delivery at an operational delivery level on behalf of the Director of Estates & Facilities.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Facilities Manager will lead and Improve the Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, Learner Experience by driving the new Estates base standard and by bringing in a culture of continuous improvement.
The Facilities Manager will also support the FM team in delivering Capital Projects of value up to £75K as well as assisting the senior management with procurement of new FM contracts and quality checking of works completed.
Experience of CAFM systems
Experience of PPMs and Compliance management
Experience of Contractor & Contract Management
Ideally IWFM - Level 4
Ideally HND / Degree / CPD in Building Services or Solid Experience / Knowledge
