The Company:

We are currently working with a leading private sector property company to appoint a Facilities Manager based in London / Reading area. The perfect candidate will be hungry to develop and will bring a good amount of experience in a Facilities Manager role, specifically within a Facilities / Property company

The purpose of the Facilities Manager will be to manage the hard and soft services commercial portfolio properties. As a Facilities Manager, you will also be responsible for attending site undertaking inspections, and monitoring SLAs and KPIs. 

Day to Day

  • Client facing expert on facilities management related matters of all buildings/sites under management
  • Manage all Hard and Soft service providers, monitoring SLAs and KPIs. 
  • Management of vacant properties and sites.
  • Assist with the preparation of service charge budgets in accordance with the RICS code of practice. 

Desired Experience.

  • Strong Team Player
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certificate
  • Membership of BIFM or FM qualification
  • Experience in an FM role
  • Preparation and Management of Service Charge Budgets
