One of my key London based Public Sector clients is seeking an Operational Facilities Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract. £65k - £70k
Reporting to the Director of Facilities Management, the Operational Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operational performance of the Facilities Management function across all service lines managed within the corporate estate.
The Operational Facilities Manager will support the team in driving a reliably good, customer focused, service as well as being a key figure of a collaborative Senior Management Team, ensuring the robust application of the department's operational procedures thereby ensuring the department delivers to its operational service levels.
Responsible for a number of key teams, The Operational Facilities Manager will performance manage M&E service delivery through internal service providers including CCL and the compliance and asset management team as well as ensuring KPI's and SLA's are in place, monitored and managed using data from the CAFM system.
- Membership of IWFM, RICS or other full/Chartered membership aligned to FM#
- IOSH Managing safely or NEBOSH General Certificate
- An excellent communicator with stakeholder management experience
