The Company:

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Facilities Manager to be based in Cornwall.

Build Recruitment are working in partnership with a Local Housing Association based in West Cornwall.  We are looking for experienced Facilities Managers to apply for this role, and consider a 6mth fixed term contract, which could become permanent.

Day to Day:

     Working with a Social Housing provider to manage occupied buildings including the head office

     To provide hard and soft services across corporate buildings

     Building management and safety, including compliance

     Health and Safety of the buildings

     Excellent working knowledge of legal requirements in corporate building management

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      Health and Safety qualification
  •      HNC in Construction, maintenance or equivalent
  •      Level 4, gas safety management qualification ( training can be provided)
  •      Excellent communications skills
  •      Full time hours,
  •      Driving licence essential


  •      Working hours Monday – Friday - 37hrs per week - flexi time available
  •      Parking on site
  •      Business mileage claimable
  •      Weekly pay for the first 6mths
