Our client is currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator in the West London area

Candidate will ideally the have an electrical background

Immediate start

Purpose of role: Assist with organising the day to day FM activities, and assist with organising the decommissioning of the building.

Responsibilities will involve:

- All facilities and building maintenance

- Electrical repairs

- Mechanical repair

- Health and Safety

- Managing the fire alarms and strategy (ensuring the building is fully equipped with all necessities)

- Preparing business continuity plans

- Regular building check-ups

- General administration - hard and soft filing

- Managing the office waste
