We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Facilities Management Company, who are looking for a Facilities Coordinator/ Administrator based in Bristol.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator who can join a busy facilities team who carryout a mixture of refurb and maintenance work for local authorities in the South West.  Based in Bristol, although an opportunity to have flexible working from home.

Day to Day:

  •      To provide admin support to project managers
  •      Raise PO numbers and allocate to jobs
  •      Updating the in-house system with costings, information, updates
  •      Liaising with other departments

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      Experience of using Microsoft Teams
  •      Fluent with using Excel spreadsheets
  •      Strong written and verbal skills


  •      Working hours Monday – Friday 8-5pm
  •      Flexible working between home and office
