Role: Estimator/ Cost Planner - Refurbishment Framework (Housing)
Salary: £50-£55k + car / allowance & package
Location: Hampshire + Flexible working (inc WFH)
The Role:
With our diverse portfolio of projects, my client is looking for an experienced Estimator/ Cost Planner who has a passion for the project at hand, and securing work, whilst also being able to work within a good and healthy team environment. We understand this approach is essential to ensure we consistently win work and secure repeat business.
You will be working on a portfolio of projects predominantly in the occupied building arena, including residential, commercial, public sectors, ranging from fire safety improvements to large internal and external refurbishment projects and construction works, with values in the range of £1m - £30m. This particular work will be centred around external fabric replacement and refurbishment, decarbonisation, and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Estimator / Cost Planner, your role will be focused of advising, preparing and winning new tenders and two stage tenders for the business. This will require you to manage robust and long-term relationships with clients and internal teams in line with the general strategy. You will need to assist, as well as manage, the production of tender documents, attend pre-tender and post tender interviews, and provide data as requested.
