Build Recruitment are working with a leading national contractor to source an Estates Manager based in the Southwest of England: £40,000
Reporting to the Estates Director, the Estates Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery and assurance of all reactive and programmed maintenance, and minor works projects <£25k as well as ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements are met.
The Estates Manager will oversee the delivery Reactive & Programmed maintenance across the estate, ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, and that tasks are completed to a standard that meets the contractual 'First Time Fix' requirements.
Working closely with and managing on-site contractors, the Estates Manager will be responsible for carrying out the duties of; Asbestos Responsible Person, Legionella Responsible Person, Temporary Works Coordinator and CDM Principal Designer/Principal Contractor.
It is essential that applicants have a minimum ONC/BTEC level qualification electrical/mechanical engineering related discipline (or equivalent experiential experience) as well as being Asbestos / Legionellosis Responsible / Authorised Person.
Possessing IOSH or equivalent qualification and previous use of CAFM (Maximo) applications is desirable.
