Role: Energy and Sustainability Manager – Housing Maintenance/ Refurbishment

Salary: £60k- £70k + Package

Location: Central London

The Role:

My client, who are a leading national contractor are seeking an Energy and Sustainability Manager to join the established but ever-growing team. You will be joining the operation board with the focus being to establish and maintain existing clients which include Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Government Departments. You will then have the autonomy to grow and expand how you feel necessary. Typically, my client work on a range of contracts varying from £100k to £30+ per annum

 Key Responsibilities/ Qualifications:

• Experience of hands-on site assessments and requirements of reports on these surveys
• Experienced in Domestic Energy Efficiency and whole house retrofit solutions.
• Experience in the commercial property sector which includes schools
  • Experience in a broad range of environmental and sustainability issues such as:
    • Whole house retrofit solutions
    • Zero carbon transition
    • Innovation strategies
    • Carbon management and energy efficiency initiatives
    • Renewable energy, heat, and microgeneration technologies
    • Smart IoT technologies and innovations
    • Corporate sustainability strategies
    • Sustainable procurement
