I am currently recruiting for a Employment and Training Co-Ordinator, an exciting opportunity to join a reputable construction business based in Essex.
Within this position, you will be responsible for the recruitment of apprentices and labour, sourcing candidates from local communities to work on construction projects within their area. You would be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates, providing CV and career advice, maintain records and administration of interview days, co-coordinating start dates for new starters and keeping job adverts up to date.
You would report directly to the Head of Social Value and would also provide administrative support to them when required.
To apply for this position, you MUST have;
- A Minimum of 2 years recruitment or HR experience
- Good knowledge of IT programmes such as Microsoft Excel & Projects
- The capability to work both individually and within a team
- A driven and motivated attitude towards work
- A Full Clean Driving Licence
