We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Electrician in the Exeter area.

Build Recruitment are working in partnership with a National Housing Association who have a SW office in Exeter.  They have an opening for a Electrician to carryout repairs and maintenance on domestic properties.  Ideally previous experience in carrying out repairs and maintenance in social housing.  Excellent customer service skills essential.

Day to Day:

  •      Working in Social Housing
  •      Diagnosing and resolving repairs and maintenance issues
  •      Electrical repairs with some other trade experience as required
  •      Completing repairs across the Exeter area

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      18th Edition
  •      2391 Test & Inspection
  •      Full time hours - 40hrs per week
  •      Driving licence essential


  •      Working hours Monday – Friday 8am- 5pm
  •      Company van, fuel card, tools and uniform included
  •      25 days holiday + bank holidays
  •      Complimentary day for working with this client
