Permanent Role/ 8am-5pm/ £32,000-£34,000

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Electrician based in Bromley, Croydon, and Surrounding Areas. They provide Repairs and Maintenance services to residents homes nationwide.

They are looking for an Electrician to deliver a first-class repairs service across a variety of their properties in the above areas. We can offer you regular work, an attractive and steady salary, standard working hours and generous employee benefits.

Day to Day:

  • You will be required to carry out reactive maintenance and testing in the properties 
  • Ensure that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
  • Use of PDA & Company Van


  • 18th Edition
  • Level 3 or equivelant 
  • 3 + years experience working as an Electrician 
  • Experience working in social housing 
  • Testing qualification is not required (my client will put you through your Testing Qualification)
