Build recruitment are looking for Electrical supervisors or Electrical QS that have expereince in the social housing sector

This role has mutiple positions based all around London including North and East London. In locations such as Gateway and Tower Hamlets

• 43k-44k salary
• perm position
• van and fuel card included
• paid holiday and bank holiday 

Qualifications Required:

• SSSTS or SMSTS desired 
• 18th Edition
• 2391
• social housing expereince 
• NICEIC qualified preffered 
• any other relevant quals are desired 
• Minimum of 2 Years supervisory experience.

Duties

• Ensure the quality and compliance of the day-to-day work of the business.
• Ensure all works are certificated accurately and correctly.
• Provide technical support and assistance to direct engineers and contract teams.
• Carry out site visits and engineer/work assessments.
• Carry out physical and desktop inspections of supply chain works and certification.
• Ensure any notifiable works are notified within the required timeframe.
• Ensure safe working practices are adhered to.
• Keep records of ongoing CPD’s for yourself and all direct labour.
• Liaise with supply chain to ensure proof of competency for all engineers are held.
• To uphold ongoing accreditation with NICEIC
