We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a FM company who are looking for a Electrical shift engineer based in Hither Green. This is a permanent role to work as an electrical shift engineer.

This is a great opportunity to work for one of the largest, most successful FM companies as an electrical shift engineer which will give you a chance to gain good critical experience and potentially progress within their company. This role as a mechanical shift engineer will require you to work 12 hour shifts, 4 days on 4 days off. NO NIGTHS, day shifts only. Working along side an mechanical engineer and a handy person.

Day to Day:

Electrical PPM's and reactive works
Managing the CAFM software for maintenance and monitoring of the building services
Maintaining Distribution boards, PDU`s and Ups and battery rooms.
Managing of tools, spares, stock, quotes and ordering of materials for plant - filters, belts, salt, water treatment chemicals.
Breakdown and maintenance of FCU's, condense pumps, lines and actuators.
To respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI's

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

NVQ level 3 in Electrical engineering
Experience in building services and knowledge of air handling plant and water hygiene is required
Experience in a Healthcare environment is advantageous with knowledge of medical gases
Willingness to attain cross skilling
IT Literate
Excellent customer service and communication skills
