Electrical Manager – Social Housing
£53-58k + benefits

Build Recruitment are working in partnership with a housing provider based in Central London to source an Electrical Manager.  This is a rare opportunity to join a organisation, with flexible working in that next step of your career.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Manager

This role focuses on day to day electrical repairs across the housing stock, providing all cyclical servicing programme, compliance and landlord safety checks to ensure inline with the NICEIC regulations. 

Working with other teams within the organisation, this role holds responsibility for department budgets, programming of work, and day to day management of a team of Supervisors and electricians.

What the successful Electrical Manager needs

Applicants will need to be qualified with an up to date electrical qualification, along with principle duty experience for NICEIC. 

A sound technical knowledge is essential to this role to advise your team.  People management experience is essential, along with the monitoring of KPIs and performance reviews.

Previous experience of domestic housing is essential and it would be beneficial to have previously worked within social housing.
