Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Electrician / Electrical Engineer for a technical maintenance position based in Mayfair, Central London.

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer role is a static position within a large multi-use property, with a salary offering up to £45k (plus benefits!)

Hours: 08:00AM – 17:00PM , Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• Planned and Reactive building maintenance tasks
• Development and Management of the PPM regime
• Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld
• Providing technical support to the maintenance team, occupants and landlord

About you as the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• Experienced electrical engineer or technician
• Multi-skilled, commercial bulding maintenance career history
• Recognised electrical qualifications
• Fully knowledgeable in BS7671 Wiring Regulations
• Organised, punctual and reliable
